An EU co-funded initiative led by ADV Romania in partnership with MicroEurope, Phitrust, FEBEA, SFA, AFIN IFN and RISE Romania, aimed at establishing the first dedicated social investment fund for the social economy sector in Romania. The project combines market research, capacity building and fund structuring activities over a 30-month implementation period, with the goal of providing equity and quasi-equity financing to mature social enterprises unable to access traditional bank credit.
